RETURN POLICY -
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 7 days of receipt you may return item(s) for refund or exchange.
Items may be returned within 30 days of shipment date with original receipt and tags attached. Returned items MUST be in "NEW" condition (NOT worn).
Refunds will be issued in the same tender as the original purchase.
Shipping & handling charges are not reimbursed
Ditzy Dog Designs does require that returned items be shipped with USPS delivery confirmation so the item may be tracked in case of a problem!
